Meals for the Week of 2/23-2/28

  *Because of a snowstorm,  I didn’t make it to the grocery store until Sunday.  (I hate shopping on Sundays,  but we have to eat…) 

Monday:  Breakfast- oatmeal with brown sugar.  Lunch – oven baked subs and pretzels.  Dinner – Meal from friends.  (salad,  veggie lasagna,  and brownies!)

Tuesday:  Breakfast:  Cereal,  apples with peanut butter.  Lunch:  Homemade pizza.  Dinner:  Pancakes and sausage.

Wednesday:  Breakfast:  Peanut butter bread and milk.  Lunch:  Pasta with pesto (canned).  Dinner:  Beef and Bean burritos and rice.  (from a friend.)

Thursday:  Breakfast:  waffles with cream cheese.  Lunch:  Leftovers.  Dinner:  Chorizo hash with fried eggs.

Friday:  Breakfast:  Oatmeal.  Lunch:  Bean and cheese quesadillas.  Dinner:  Penne with walnut sauce.
