This Week’s Menu 2/13 – 2/20

  I am planning our weekly menues  from Friday to Friday,  the new menu beginning with dinner.    This is a $200 budgeted menu – including any household supplies. 

Friday:  Dinner – Oven baked mac and cheese and a big green salad.

Saturday:  Breakfast:  French toast and sausage  Lunch:  roast beef subs and hot German potato salad  Dinner:  Leftover beef stroganoff over baked potatoes.

Sunday:  Breakfast:  Multigrain Cheerios (on sale at Kroger!)  Lunch:  Cheesy spaghetti bake,  garlic toast, and salad.  Dinner:  Chicken fried rice bowls. 

Monday:  Breakfast:  Oatmeal  Lunch:  Burritos and nachos  Dinner:  Meal from H. family.

Tuesday:  Breakfast:  English muffins and turkey bacon  Lunch:  Chicken salad sandwiches and pretzels  Dinner:  Crock Pot BBQ sandwiches and sweet potato fries. 

Wednesday:  Breakfast:  Peanut butter and honey sandwiches  Lunch:  Crock Pot cornmeal pie.  Dinner:  Meal from C. family

Thursday:  Breakfast:  Oatmeal and turkey bacon  Lunch:  leftover smoregesborg  Dinner:  Meal from M. family.

Friday:  Breakfast:  Toast and yogurt  Lunch:  Blue box mac and cheese,  baby carrots, and smoothies.   *Plan new menu beginning with dinner.

Snacks:  banana bread (used up old bananas) popcorn.  Oatmeal muffins (to use up leftover oatmeal.)  cheese and crackers, coffee cake. 

  We are very blessed to have meals coming from friends to help us out during this new baby period.
